We’re very proud of the roster of clients we work with and it is tempting to reference them by name on our website. But we have opted not to do so in order to maintain client confidentiality.
We have frequent dialogue with alcohol regulators across the U.S. to discuss the legality of certain practices, to urge for statutory interpretations that are beneficial to our clients, and to discuss potential regulatory violations. Client anonymity is critical to our ability to be candid in those conversations and to disclose sufficient detail to obtain a reliable regulatory response. We must be certain that a regulator cannot visit our website and determine what client was the subject of an inquiry by reviewing our client roster.
In lieu of identifying specific clients, we offer the following description of our practice: We represent clients in all areas of the industry including importers, producers, online and traditional retailers, internet marketing agents, advertising and PR agencies, mobile app creators, fulfillment and warehouse service providers, wine clubs, alcohol delivery companies, etc.
We represent companies of all sizes, from small start-ups to large, publicly traded international companies and everything in between. If you elect to work with Strike Kerr & Johns, you will probably not be our largest client, or our smallest client. But you will receive unparalleled legal services and personal attention, regardless of your size.
Strike Kerr & Johns is an associate member of the Wine Institute, the National Conference of State Liquor Administrators (NCSLA), the National Association of Licensing and Compliance Professionals (NALCP), the International Wine Law Association (AIDV), and the National Association of Alcoholic Beverage Licensing Attorneys (NAABLA).
